Well this week in Cape Town the sunshine has surely shone down upon us and even the birds seem to be singing a playful summer tune in excitement. It is not summertime yet but it really has given me a tickle of temptation for a refreshing cucumber infused gin and tonic and a longing desire for the hot months to come…
